Where We Lend
Most of my clients are along the Wasatch Front — Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake counties. I’m licensed statewide and work throughout Utah.
Local
I was born in Bountiful. My family moved to Syracuse in December of 1998, and I graduated from Syracuse High in 2012. I live in Syracuse today.
A lot has changed here in that time. Most of the growth along this stretch of the Wasatch Front has happened within my memory of it, and I’ve financed homes across these same communities for years.
Areas served
A few loan programs carry income or property location requirements written into the program itself, so those are worth checking against a specific address. Beyond that, what you qualify for comes down to your situation rather than where the house sits.
The cities below aren’t a complete list. If you don’t see yours, I can still help — just give me a call.
Home county
Where I live, and where a large share of my clients are buying.
Just north
A short drive from home, and a market I work in constantly.
Fully served
I work throughout Salt Lake County, much of it through referral.
Statewide
I’m licensed across Utah and regularly close loans outside my home counties. If you’re buying elsewhere in the state, the loan works the same way — call and we’ll talk it through.
Before you make an offer
A payment estimate is only as good as what goes into it. Send me an address and I’ll look these up rather than estimate them.
Taxes vary by county, city, and whether the home will be your primary residence. I’ll pull the actual figure for the property instead of using a percentage.
Dues are billed separately by the association, not collected with your mortgage payment — but they still count against what you qualify for, and they belong in your monthly budget. Worth knowing the real number before you write an offer.
A few loan programs have income or property location requirements that change by county and by address. I can check which ones a specific property qualifies for.
Send me an area or an address and I’ll walk you through what the numbers look like there. No application required to have a conversation.
All loan programs are available to qualified applicants throughout the areas served. Program availability and terms depend on borrower qualification and lender guidelines, not on the location of the property or the characteristics of a neighborhood. All loans are subject to a complete application, verification of income, assets, and credit, satisfactory appraisal and title, and lender approval. Not all applicants will qualify. Equal Housing Opportunity.
