I cannot say enough good things about Zach. In my initial phone call with him, he spent 45 minutes talking to me late in the afternoon and answering all of my extensive questions. As a first time home buyer, he was great at not only explaining the loan, but also general home buying questions I had as well. Towards the end of the call, he mentioned that he had just had a newborn daughter two days prior. Anyone in the real estate industry will tell you that they are available anytime and will make you a priority, but that is rarely true. Zach is one of the amazing exceptions. When I went to make an offer on a house, I needed a last minute pre-approval of the exact amount in my offer letter. Zach took my late evening call and quickly drafted up a letter (even while he was in the middle of a family emergency). He also reached out to the seller the next day to ensure them of my financial situation. Zach was one of multiple lenders/brokers that I talked to. I was buying a house as part of a company relocation, and my company "preferred" lenders were able to waive many of the fees due to their contract with my employer.
