Byron Goates is the founder and has been in the mortgage industry since 1996. He believes that if you work hard and take care of your customers and treat them fairly, there is no need to advertise; word of mouth will keep the business growing. Integrity First Financial has not paid for advertising since 2003.
Byron has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Utah and enjoys hiking in the mountains of the Wasatch Front.

Zach has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Weber State University, he enjoys spending time with his family camping and being outdoors.
